By asking MLS LEGAL to refer you to CBA, you acknowledge and understand that:


• MLS LEGAL will collect and provide your personal information, including your full name and contact details, to CBA for the purpose of referring you to CBA’s home lending services so that CBA may contact you directly. CBA will collect, use and handle your personal information in accordance with CBA’s Privacy Policy.


• MLS LEGAL may receive a financial benefit from CBA if you take out a loan following our referral. We will disclose the applicable percentage to you before submitting your referral.


• MLS LEGAL is acting as a referral source only. We do not recommend that you apply for any particular CBA product or service and we do not assist you to apply for a particular credit product. Any lending advice, product recommendations and credit application will be dealt with directly by CBA.


• You are not required to pay MLS LEGAL, CBA or any other person a fee for MLS LEGAL making this referral.
